Running more than one campus?

Custom is a multi-year agreement for school groups, franchises, and ministries. We size the tenancy to your roster, migrate your existing records with your team, and agree an SLA and a named contact in writing. An active student is one with an enrolment on record during the billing period. Academy counts them per month; School counts them across the academic year, so a leaver in March doesn't bill you in June.

Questions schools ask us

What counts as an active student?
A student with an enrolment on record during the billing period. Archived and graduated students don't count, so a roster that shrinks over the year bills less.
What happens when I pass my plan's limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. We tell you in the dashboard and you move up when you're ready.
Can I switch plans mid-term?
Yes, at any point. Moving up is immediate and prorated; moving down applies at your next renewal so you keep what you've paid for.
Do I have to pick modules now?
No. Setup asks which ones you want, and you can switch any of them on or off later without losing data.
