A university, or a ministry of education?

Network covers school groups running several campuses. Custom is for the tier above that — universities, franchises, and ministries, on a multi-year agreement. We size the tenancy to your roster, migrate your existing records with your team, and agree an SLA and a named contact in writing. Because the term and the scope are negotiated, there's no self-serve price — the conversation starts with what you run and what you're moving off.

An active student is one with an enrolment on record during the billing period. Only Starter is metered, at 25 active students a month; the paid plans price the institution, not the roster. Network includes two campuses, and each additional campus is Q750 a year.

Questions schools ask us

What counts as an active student?
A student with an enrolment on record during the billing period. Archived and graduated students don't count, so a roster that shrinks over the year bills less.
What happens when I pass my plan's limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. We tell you in the dashboard and you move up when you're ready.
Can I switch plans mid-term?
Yes, at any point. Moving up is immediate and prorated; moving down applies at your next renewal so you keep what you've paid for.
Do I have to pick modules now?
No. Setup asks which ones you want, and you can switch any of them on or off later without losing data.
